The next step is to create a well-researched, insightful presentation that outlines the need as well as your initial proposal for the change management plan. You will present this information to a group of the
company’s senior executives. Assuming you receive buy-in from these executives, you will then create a
comprehensive and professional change management plan that will include your recommendations and
ideas for effectively implementing the change within the company.
